SEV Learning SeriesOVERVIEW AND SCOPE
This program composes a mix of knowledge, skills and values that are currently necessary in order to empower team managers and leaders to guide their teams in order to connect organizational and departmental goals with organizational strategy.
By combining interaction between participants, with cutting edge management techniques, the program aims at diffusing knowledge and strategies that will assist executives to harmonize the goals of their teams with the goals of the Organization and to develop a performance management methodology that is easily understood across organizational functions and seniority levels. The program promotes a culture of excellence and connect it with a culture of goal achievement that inspires and drives towards growth across organizational levels: corporate, team and individual.
CONTENT AND FLOW
The Program is highly interactive and offers participants the opportunity to design their own goals (or those of a team member), in order to apply theoretical knowledge and to practice on the methodology and tools. Through a blend of cutting-edge knowledge and exercises the program addresses the following themes:
