The SME Leadership Program, is a crash leadership effectiveness program, aiming to empower SME leaders and managers, with executive and organizational skills and competencies, for rebound, change readiness and growth. In a period of ambiguity and flux, SME leaders face multiple challenges, connected with disruption, digitalization and the health crisis context. In order to effectively address the challenges and to nurture contexts of organizational effectiveness, growth and prosperity for their organizations their people and their customers, SME leaders need to master new tools and skills and to develop new sets of competencies.
