OVERVIEW AND SCOPE
The seminar aims at offering participants the knowledge and the tool that will enable them to understand the concept of diversity: race, gender, age, ethnicity, background, etc., to explore the impact of unconscious bias on decision-making, to create an inclusive environment that values differences and to implement inclusive leadership practices
