The Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) is an annual survey which records trends of the Greek labor market since 2003.

HR managers and company directors are invited to submit their views on current condition and future prospects in the area of personnel recruitment and selection as well as general HR related issues.

The Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) 2018 survey is now open  and results will be issued within the first quarter of 2019.
