Maria Moragianis

Maria is an international career strategist with experience in training and development, talent management, network building, senior-level recruitment and career coaching. She is currently the Head of Career Development & Community Engagement at Highered in Norway, connecting talent to leading global employers and opportunities, providing business schools and universities with career insights and engaging the EFMD Career Services network of 700 schools in 92 countries. In parallel, as Co-Founder of M2 Development, Maria conducts trainings and seminars for university students and professionals, specializing in career management, communications, effective networking, personal branding and executive presence. As a GetFive Certified Career Coach, she helps executives reveal their full potential, develop their skills to take their careers to the next level and expand their sphere of influence by connecting them with the right people. She sits on the Board of ReGeneration, the largest employment and training program for young graduates in Greece. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in higher education and business, Maria was Head of Careers & Alumni at Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece, while on the corporate side, she worked for the executive search firm Egon Zehnder International.
