OVERVIEW AND SCOPE

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, being a leader means more than just managing tasks — it’s about inspiring yourself and those around you. This training is here to help leaders develop essential skills that can be applied across industries and roles. These transferable skills go beyond the workplace, empowering participants to navigate various work environments, adapt to different situations, and even strengthen relationships in their family and personal life. Module 1: Leading Self: Foundations of Self-Awareness and Emotional Regulation

  • Self-Awareness: Understanding strengths, values, and areas for growth.
  • Mindset and Heartset: Clarifying purpose, approach, and mindset.
  • Regulating Emotions: Tools for self-regulation and emotional intelligence.
  • Shifting Beliefs: Leading personal change by identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs.
  • Interactive Activity: Self-reflection exercise and personal leadership assessment.

 

Module 2: Leading Self: Communication and Focus Management

  • Empathy and Active Listening: Building deeper connections through understanding.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Expressing ideas clearly and fostering collaboration.
  • Focus Management: Setting goals, utilizing tools, and practicing mindfulness to stay focused.
  • Practical Exercise: Role-playing scenarios to practice communication and focus strategies.

 

Module 3: Leading Others: Understanding Team Dynamics and Empowering Others

  • Team Dynamics: Recognizing and addressing team challenges effectively.
  • Guiding and Empowering: Coaching, mentoring, and fostering a growth mindset in others.
  • Providing Feedback: Effective techniques to offer constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Case Study: Analyzing real-world team dynamics and empowerment strategies.

 

Module 4: Leading Others: Conflict Resolution and Team Building

  • Conflict Resolution: Tools and strategies to resolve and leverage conflicts constructively.
  • Building Your Team: Developing trust, collaboration, and a shared vision within your team.
  • Application Exercise: Group activity to design a team-building plan and resolve a simulated conflict.
  • Wrap-Up: Reflections, peer feedback, and crafting an action plan for leadership growth.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

This seminar is addressed to middle managers that wish to further develop their self – leadership and leadership skills as well as to junior level executives that aspire to develop an overview and a holistic understanding of important elements of personal, interpersonal and organizational leadership skills. The seminar is designed in order to offer concrete tools and techniques that will empower participants to apply theory in their everyday tasks and challenges.
