Redefining the customer experience is a top priority in every digital transformation program. The ultimate goal is to provide a seamless, omnichannel, digitally enabled service with an intuitive interface and a strong brand identity. However, these aims often impose conflicting requirements and represent a perpetual aspiration rather than a finite set of short-term objectives.
OPAP is pursuing a large-scale digital transformation program, across channels and customer segments, with an aim to re-define the experiences offered to its customers. The transformation program focuses on 4 main pillars: re-defining OPAP’s footprint in the digital ecosystem; delivering an advanced online gaming proposition; digitizing the experiences in the retail network; and assisting OPAP in becoming a digital-ready company. Special emphasis will be given on the delivery of an IoT ecosystem in OPAP Stores, one of the biggest retail networks in Europe.
