Andreas Soteriou
Professor of Operations Management, University of Cyprus Ph.D. in Business Administration, University of Southern California, USADr. Andreas Soteriou is Professor of Service Operations Management at the University of Cyprus, Vice Chair of the Department of Business and Public Administration and Director of the Center of Entrepreneurship of the University of Cyprus. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Service Operations Management from the University of Southern California (USA) in Service Operations Management. He served as Associate Editor of Management Science and is currently the Area Editor of the journal Operations Management Research (Asia and Mediterranean). His work, which is cited widely and appeared in many books and leading academic journals, has won numerous international awards. He has been invited to deliver lectures in many universities around the world including North America, Europe, and Asia, and has consulted widely on issues of productivity, quality and customer satisfaction improvement in different service industries. He was a founding co-Director of the MBA program of the University of Cyprus and has served as a member in various Boards of Directors, such as Eurobank Cyprus Ltd and the University of Cyprus.
