Panagiotis Podimatas

Panagiotis Podimatas was born in Athens. He studied economics at the University of Athens, while at the same time started doing business. In 1984, at the age of 19, with the support of his father , founds the company P.C PODIMATAS AUDIOVISUAL S.A, which focuses on technical support of big events, with professional audiovisual equipment such as lighting, multimedia and scenery. Overtime, the company developed into PODIMATAS GROUP, a leading group in the design and production of events in Greece, which meets even the highest demands and today, with more than 40 years experience counts many successes. The companies that constitute the group are: P.C PODIMATAS AUDIOVISUAL S.A., PPDA Archdesign Group, Upbeat Music Services and Congress Rental Serbia, with offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete and Belgrade. It’s among the leading groups in Europe, employing more than 100 permanent staff, and covering more than 2000 events per year.
