Elfie (Golfo) Labrouli

Mrs Lambrouli is a Learning Expert focused on corporate learning solutions design and delivery. As a Senior trainer, combining 25 years of deep knowledge and experience in training with a career in Human Resources Management, she delivers return on investment and customer satisfaction. Through her career advancements which were enriched by different industries, from hotel industry (Astir AXE, 1987) to insurance market (Interamerican, 1989) and then to the banking sector (Interbank 1992, Eurobank 1996) she has been afforded the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience and practices in disciplines such as Customer Service and Sales, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection as well as Project Management. Working with different people, in large scale organizations, in multinational environment, with complex products and services, for all these years, Elfie has been endowed with the know-how to think “out of the box”, and to work towards inspiring and simple, suitable, realistic and commonly accepted solutions. Her teaching experience amounts up to approx. 3.500 hrs of training to 7.500 participants. Since 2015 Elfie has been working as a freelancer (IBM, ABBVIE, guest speaker at MBA,Open University, Adjunct Instructor, ALBA Executive Development, etc).
