Despina Mantesi

Despina is an Occupational Psychologist with a strong interest in applied psychology and in employing the latest trends in behavioural sciences to help individuals, teams and organizations be highly effective in what they set out to do. As an Organization Development practitioner, she brings more than 22 years of hands-on business understanding from multiple market sectors and diverse HR experience in Corporate environments; she supports organizations in designing people strategies, policies and practices that balance business with individual needs and translate human possibilities into business insights. Academically, she holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology; her upskilling in behavioural sciences is ongoing, with studies in Positive Psychology and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy.
