Christina Georgaki is a seasoned attorney specializing in Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) and Investment Migration Law. As the founder and managing partner of Georgaki & Partners Law Firm, she has led over 5,000 FDI cases, advising on residence permits, banking compliance (KYC, Due Diligence, AML), and real estate law across Greece and Cyprus. With offices in Athens and Thessaloniki, she has built a robust network of legal associates, solidifying her reputation as a trusted advisor in international investments. A graduate of Aristotle University’s Law School, Christina earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Macedonia, specializing in HR Management. She is a Certified Mediator (UK & Greece), a Chartered International Arbitrator, and holds a Certification in Investment Migration. Further refining her expertise, she studied negotiation at Harvard and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Warwick Business School. Admitted to the Bar in 2007 and appointed a Supreme Court Lawyer in 2016, Christina is an active voice in global legal councils, shaping discussions on investment migration, arbitration, and financial compliance. Her strategic legal acumen and client-focused approach have established her as a leading expert in investment-driven immigration and asset management. Beyond law, she is engaged in Greece’s political landscape and balances her professional achievements with her role as a devoted mother of two.
