Ms Marinopoulou holds an MBA with Distinction in strategic planning (LSBU - UK) following her bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is also a lean trainer (specialised in Lean service transformation) and Belbin® and MBTI® accredited (Personal and Team Development methodologies) consultant. Anastasia works with leaders and their teams to strengthen and sustain organisational focus on ‘Change’, clarifying what most neglect: Purpose, Priorities, Behaviours and Methods. Anastasia has witnessed the fact that individuals and teams are overburdened with tools, apps and guidelines forgetting how the human nature works, how Value is created in practice, and what is appreciated by the client in an era, where customer behaviour changes rapidly, shifting business models and sectors. Committed to strengthen organisational results, Anastasia offers training and advice on personal and team development towards understanding and aligning the right processes with the right technology for the right targets, with the right technical and soft skills, evaluated by the right metrics and managed by leaders that inspire accountability and continuous learning, abiding by the NO BLAME principle. Sectors of consultative, training and managerial experience include: IT, Banking, Construction, Hotel & Catering, HealthCare and Education Services, Not for profit organisations and the Pharmaceutical sector in the UK, Turkey, Egypt, Russia, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Greece. Anastasia as a visiting lecturer designs and lectures Operations Management, Management and Leadership courses for UK and US Universities.
