Alexia Axioti

Alexia Axioti was born in the USA and holds a BA in Culture and Communication, as well as an MA in Marketing Communications from the UK. She began her professional journey in the fine art and gallery scene in Athens before relocating to Norway, where she was introduced to the world of visual merchandising. This marked the start of her career in fast-fashion retail. After receiving specialized training in Switzerland and Sweden, she returned to Athens, where she spent the next 15 years in senior management roles within fast-fashion retail companies. During this time, she earned a company-sponsored MBA that enhanced her leadership skills. Driven by her passion for helping others grow, she pursued a Certification in Personal & Executive Coaching from the Athens Coaching Institute, a certified member of the EMCC and AC. She is now a Holistic Coach and co-founder of the storytelling agency Own Your Story Team, where she also practices Narrative Coaching. Alexia was an active member of the TEDxAthens team as a Speaker’s Coach for four years and continues to serve as a Business Mentor and Trainer with the Women on Top organization, a role she has held for nearly five years. She has also collaborated with various start-up hubs, coaching pre-seed teams to refine their vision and craft compelling pitches. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with executives and teams from leading organizations, including L’Oréal, Google, Microsoft, The American College of Greece (Deree & ALBA), Roche, Convert, and more.
