Drawing on our faculty resources and our experience with the first MBA program in Greece, we offer customized MBA programs to companies with a big number of participants. In this context, ALBA has successfully conducted seven classes of the ALBA- Eurobank Ergasias MBA in Financial services. The Purpose of the Customized MBA, is to prepare participants for managerial positions, within the Organization, in Greece and in the surrounding region. In particular, the objective of the Program, is to provide participants with competence in four major areas:
- Essential Analytical Skills for Managers
- Strategic Aspects of Management
- Procedural Aspects of Management
- Essential Synthetic Skills for Managersr leaders
CONTENT AND FLOW
The In House MBA curriculum provides a synthesis of preparatory courses, core courses, elective courses and capstone courses in a collaborative, organization focused environment.

Corporate talent - managers and future leaders, selected by their organizations and challenged to drive their companies through sustainability, renewal and success in the future. Executives seeking both technical and managerial skills and aspiring to executive management positions.
Holders of a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, justifying conclusive professional experience of at least 5 years.
