‘Future λeaders summer series’ Thrace

designed and orchestrated by Alba Executive Development in collaboration with the Democritus University - Department of Physical Education and Sports Science
About the Initiative
This is the second class of the Learning Series, that was initially launched in June 2022. The program is addressed to Greek public high school students in the area of Thrace (Komotini), who wish to develop a set of skills and competencies that will assist them to build the foundations for their future to prepare for careers in the era of digitalization and disruption.
CONTENT AND FLOW
The Program, aspires to empower high school students with:
- the learning agility that will ignite them to be open to learning and to be able to utilize, blend and exploit this learning experience in the future.
- self – leadership skills for the era of disruption (soft skills/ “horizontal competencies”)
- a cutting -edge understanding of the future of work.
- a collaborative and network learning mindset that opens opportunities for growth and success.
- a shared value set, evolving around universal values such as teamwork, respect, fair play, courage, determination and perseverance.
- a lifelong attitude towards physical and mental wellness and well- being.
LEARNER'S PROFILE
- public high school students ages 15-17
- active, caring, curious learners who wish to share their passion for learning and growing.

The workshops are delivered by a group of academics, as well as of experienced and successful professionals and facilitators of diverse background that share a passion for excellence in their field of expertise.
