OVERVIEW AND SCOPE

This course aims to help you acquire the necessary skills in order to understand the principles and processes of revenue management. More specifically, you will be able to define the strategic thinking of how to capitalise demand and drive revenue to your business, understand the importance of revenue management and apply various pricing techniques, acquire the necessary skills in order to manage supply based on demand, understand the basic principles of demand forecasting and apply dynamic pricing. Then you'll discover ways and the latest technology solutions to automate and accelerate your day to day business. This knowledge will help develop skills for managing revenue and work seamlessly and effectively with the rest of the commercial team in order to achieve desired results. By completing this course, you will be able to evaluate the type of business you are managing, understand your market audience and come up with the right strategy for success, as you will gain knowledge, develop your strategic thinking, but also the skills a professional needs to be able to recognize challenges, and make sound decisions applying revenue management techniques.
