WORKCLIMATE & COMPETITIVENESS

This special event was successfully co-organized with ESADE Business School at ALBA, on Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at 17:00, with the participation of about 60 exeuctives.

Professor Simon L. Dolan from ESADE Business School presented the results of the European Research 'Workclimate and Employment Relations in the E.U within the Dual Context of Quality of Work and Competitiveness: lessons, benchmarks and challenges ahead'.

In addition, Dr. Olga Epitropaki, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management, ALBA, and Mr. Dimitris Ganoudis, from Great Place to Work Institute Hellas, presented the evaluation reports of 44 company benefits from 4.200 employees of companies operating in Greece, according to the findings of the Greek Competition 'Best Workplaces 2005'.

This workshop was addressed to HR Managers and CEOs interested in the industrial relations issues. A discussion followed the presentations, giving the opportunity to participants to exchange their opinions and experiences.
