A large number of business executives and entrepreneurs joined the Training Seminar on "Strategies and Successful Practices in foreign market penetration” that took place on Friday, February 7, 2020, at the Domotel Xenia Hotel in Volos, with the support of SBSE/Enterprise Europe Network.
The training seminar aimed to inform and expand the knowledge of the participants on the key part of extroversion, which is a critical factor of sustainability and a essential component for any growth strategy of both contemporary and "traditional" companies.
The seminar included real case presentation by companies that operate successfully abroad.By sharing the challenges they faced, the opportunities they made use off and “best practices” that actually work, they confirmed that a combination of proper knowledge-based planning and willingness to take calculated and sensible risks, can lead to sustainable growth and success at the international level.
Dr. Kyriakos Kyriakopoulos, delivered a presentation during the first session of the seminar and highlighted that extroversion is the spearhead for the rebirth of the Greek economy and entrepreneurship. According to Dr. Kyriakopoulos “Extroversion requires customer-centric organizations that define their mission and vision on their customers’ needs.” He then analyzed the ways consumers needs and distribution channels abroad affect and determine the marketing & communication strategies. In this context, he presented best practices and examples of the appropriate tools companies may utilize.. Finally, Dr. Kyriakopoulos spoke about the internal and organizational barriers companies may face in during their extroversion journey and shared some examples on how they can be overcome these challenges.
