Labor Market Trends & Prospects - RCI 2014. The Barometer awaits your contribution

We invite you to participate in the annual Recruitment Confidence Index 2014 online survey at: www.alba.edu.gr/rci . The results will be announced in June 2014, while the survey will be open during the period April-May 2014. The 2014 RCI is carried out with the sponsorship of Kariera.gr and the media support of HR Professional. 

RCI has been established as the Barometer for the Greek Labor Market. The Index has proven to be a powerful business and management decision tool. The main objective of the survey, which takes place annually, is to explore the companies’ perceptions regarding their recruitment processes and methodologies as well as the market trends.

2014 Special theme of questions is related to the salary levels and the effects of the Financial Crisis on compensations.
