LABOR MARKET TRENDS & PROSPECTS, RCI 2013 - The Barometer awaits your contribution!

We invite you to participate in the 2nd round of the Recruitment Confidence Index 2013 online survey at: www.alba.edu.gr/rci . The results will be announced in September 2013, while the survey will be open during the period June-July 2013. The 2013 RCI is carried out with the sponsorship of Kariera.gr and PEOPLECERT and the media support of HR Professional. The special section is part of the "Employability" survey, an initiative of Citi Greece funded by the Citi Foundation.

The findings of the Recruitment Confidence Index survey for the 1st half of 2013 concluded that there will be a slight increase in recruiting activities.

RCI has been established as the Barometer for the Greek Labor Market. The Index has proven to be a powerful business and management decision tool. The main objective of the survey, which takes place every 6 months, is to explore the companies’ perceptions regarding their recruitment processes and methodologies as well as the market trends.
