The Best Workplaces Competition is organized by the Great Place to Work® Institute Hellas with the scientific cooperation of ALBA Graduate Business School. The best workplace environment is partly determined by the human resource practices and policies undertaken by the company, but primarily by the way the employees evaluate their workplace environment and their relations with the company.
The event will be coordinated by Dr. Kostas Axarloglou, Academic Director of the ALBA & ACT Programs. Furthermore, Mr. Panagiotis Tarsinos, Project Manager at the Applied Research & Innovation Department, ALBA Graduate Business School, as well as referee of the Best Workplaces competition, will present the methodology of the competition, as well as the results of the recent survey of ALBA Recruitment Confidence Index - 1st Semester of 2008 (RCI), whereas Mr. Akis Papagiannis, Managing Director of CPG CONSULTING will present strategies for workplace improvement.
'Career Days' are regarded as the largest meeting of young people and companies for the last years. The aim of the event is to bring the companies that are active in Greece in contact with their future employees. The parallel events of 'Career Days' are open to the public and no reservations of participation are required.
