Alba signed a new partnership agreement with Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA). HSBA was founded in 2004 as the business school of the Hamburg economy since it was founded by Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
It offers bachelor's and part-time master's degree programs in business administration, a cooperative doctoral program, application-oriented research, and executive education at university level. HSBA is a state-recognized, private university accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities, which regularly achieves good results in rankings. In 2018, HSBA was also successfully systemically accredited by the Foundation of International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).
There are currently around 1,000 students studying at HSBA. It offers two Master programs, an MSc in Business Development, and an MSc in Digital Transformation & Sustainability. Although HSBA is a relatively young institution, its maritime programs have already made a mark, as they are business-friendly and oriented and at the same time deliver high-quality lecturing, networking, and research in related fields.
Alba students will have the opportunity to go to HSBA in exchange basis for the following courses:
• Sustainable Innovation Camp
• Digital Toolbox (Data Business, Intrapreneur, Programming) online courses
• Service & Product Design
• Digital Economics
• Strategic Business Development
