For a second year in a row, our Alba shipping program students ventured to Oslo, Norway, where they participated in a successful and insightful five-day field trip to get a deeper understanding of global business dynamics. This immersive journey aimed to equip students with practical skills and invaluable insights into Oslo's prominent role in the international maritime sector.

Participants had the unique opportunity to visit renowned organizations and influential companies headquartered in Oslo, including Fearnleys, Grieg Shipbrokers, Grieg Green, the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association, DNV, Massterly-Wilhelmsen, and Nor-shipping. Through these visits, students gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of these industry giants, witnessing firsthand how businesses thrive in real-world situations.
