Applications for the 19th VentureGarden Athens round are now open!

VentureGarden Athens, Alba's entrepreneurial idea accelerator is now accepting applications for the 2023 spring round! We are looking for committed entrepreneurs who either have a new business idea or are looking to transform their existing business. Having worked with more than 456 aspiring entrepreneurs since 2014 in Athens, the program is designed to become your personalized guide to entrepreneurship.

The program is free of charge and is delivered in Greek! It will be offered in person at Alba's downtown Athens campus.

VentureGarden starts with a targeted training phase that will introduce participants to the key elements of the entrepreneurial process. The intensive program consists of 8 classes based on the Value Proposition concept, and focuses on market research and understanding customer/user needs (Problem-Solution Fit). Following the training phase, interested and committed participants receive support from experienced mentors for up to 3 months to achieve specific goals.

Following the program's motto "Helping People Grow Ideas", we welcome all individuals passionate about entrepreneurship who have a strong sense of dedication. You can join VentureGarden regardless of your age, sex, origin, and background. Check out featured participants from previous rounds here.

VentureGarden launched in February 2014. It is delivered in Athens and Heraklion, Crete by AHEAD - Alba Hub for Entrepreneurship and Development. The program's founding sponsor is The Hellenic Initiative, while it received further donations by local donors.
