Introducing Learning and Development Routes workshop

The drive to update and maintain HRM as a strategic function within the Organization, lies at the core of ALBA Graduate Business School.

The development of innovative ways to encourage team  learning and provide learners with a playful flow has led to the creation of the Learning and Development Routes workshop. A team centered board game with cards, designed to offer a flexible  and agile environment, where players will have the freedom to cooperate with other colleagues, share practices that will  help them develop their critical thinking and decision making skills and to  understand, evaluate and face the challenges they face within the field of Learning & Development.

The game will ignite HR professionals  to learn from each other, to  acquire a 360 view of how to initiate, design and deliver  L&D programs, to match them with the learners’ profiles and training needs   and to guide them to assess the training plan and budget, all while enjoying a 5-hour team decision gaming experience.
