Funding Opportunities within the Socio-Economic Sciences And Humanities Research Field

On the 7th of November ALBA Graduate Business School will organize an Information Day-Networking Event within the context of the Platon+ (Platon Plus) project in order to present to the Greek research community the new Call for Proposals on the Socio-Economic Sciences and Humanities field (SSH). The event will take place at ALBA, Athinas Avenue & 2A Areos Str., Vouliagmeni.

Ms. Louisa Anastopoulou (EC, DG Research - Directorate L Science, Economy and Society) will present the new SSH call and will analyze in detail the type of Research topics that will be funded by the EC. The participants will have the opportunity to interact in small brainstorming groups and present their ideas in order to get valuable feedback from the EC and National Contact Point representatives, as well as the Platon+ team. The event is organized within the framework of PLATON+ project (www.platonplus.net) and it is expected to have a long lasting effect, since it will give the opportunity to participants from different disciplines to exchange ideas on different research topics and reinforce the formation of multidisciplinary consortia between researchers, the business community and finally Civil Society Organizations.
