Dr. George Hadjinicolas from the University of Cyprus, teaching Supply Chain and Services at the Executive MBA Program.
During the weekend of December 12th and 13th , Dr. George Hadjinicolas will be teaching at the ALBA Executive MBA Program the course “Supply Chains & Services”. Dr. Hadjinicolas is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Department of Public and Business Administration at the University of Cyprus, Nicosia, Cyprus. From 1993-1999 he has been an assistant professor at the University of Cyprus.
He has also taught at the University of Southern California business school. His research interests include the marketing-production interface, international operations management, and multistage production systems. His work has appeared in several journals including the Decision Sciences, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Operations Management, Journal of the Operational Research Society, and Production and Operations Management.
This course explores strategic supply chain issues, such as capacity expansion or consolidation, make or buy decisions, production, procurement and logistics planning and customer service and focuses on supply chain management as a source of competitive advantage.
