This year's event, that took place on November 8th, tapped into the concept of 'Total leadership' and challenged the participants to become better leaders and have a richer life!

The keynote speaker was Dr. Stewart Friedmanbest-seller author and creator of 'Total Leadership', a revolutionary approach to leadership and management of people has been successfully implemented for nearly 20 years by leaders, businesses, and organizations around the world.

Our Research Fellow, Dr. Eleni Lamprou who presented the Keynote speaker and coordinated the event, stated that "Professor Friedman delivered an inspiring, interactive, hands-on seminar on 'Total Leadership' with two key take-away messages: firstly, the importance of harmonizing all realms of a person’s life – work, home, community and the private self - for leadership development and, secondly, the value of experimentation for effecting sustainable personal and professional change"

Through practical case studies based on the implementation of the Total Leadership Program to the most successful organizations worldwide (eg Ford Motor Company, GE, Morgan Stanley, United Nations, etc.), with specific methodology and tools, Professor Stew Friedman analyzed how organizations, leaders and executives can transform and achieve the "impossible": to integrate harmoniously and without sacrifices, life and career, achieving fulfillment in all areas of their lives: work, family and personal life , internal spiritual needs, social participation. In addition, by breaking down the legend of "work-life balance," he provide practical guidance and a comprehensive guide to building a healthier work culture and increasing productivity.
