Dr. Babis Mainemelis and Dr. Olga Epitropaki received finalist award for the Academy of Management Annals Best Article, for their paper "Creative Leadership: A Multi-Context Conceptualization" written with Ronit Kark.
The article addresses a very timely aspect of leadership, creative leadership.
It synthesizes research on creative leadership conducted between 1957 and 2015, and introduces a novel metatheoretical framework of three distinct contextual manifestations of creative leadership: facilitating employee creativity, directing the materialization of a leader’s creative vision, and integrating heterogeneous creative contributions.
