Alba  hosted for the second time the annual meeting of the International Maritime Statistics Forum (IMSF) in Athens Greece.

The IMSF is an informal organization that has been active since the beginning of the 1970s. Its objective is to promote the development of the quality and scope of maritime information, data and intelligence. Over the years, the IMSF has been the point of reference for leading organizations and administrations such as the US MARAD (maritime administration), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Eurostat and the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA).
