ALBA students making us proud!

The Great Place to Work Institute invited students from universities across Europe to participate in its new innovation challenge, Revolutionize the integration path of a newly hired person.

This European competition held by Great Place to Work Institute France and Agorize attracted 101 participants in 48 teams from 39 schools. Teams had to think and present an innovative HR practice of how a company can integrate a newly hired employee.

ALBA team passed the first 2 steps of the competition with success and was one of the three finalists  invited to present their idea to the Great Place to Work European Conference & Awards that took part in Paris on 8th of June.

Dimitra Kamzola, student at MSc in International Business & Management and Marialena Kokkori, student at MSc in Strategic HRM,  presented their idea in front of an audience of 500 people, winning the second award.
