Alba partners with the only university in Taiwan authorized to conduct Apple-certified training courses, Feng Chia University.

Alba signed a new partnership agreement with Feng Chia University one of the top Universities in Taiwan. Founded in 1961, Feng Chia University was restructured into a university in 1980. It has 10 colleges including College of Engineering and Science, College of Business, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Information and Electrical Engineering, College of Construction and Development, College of Finance, International School of Technology and Management, School of Management Development, and iSchool.

Apple recently established Taiwan's first Apple Regional Training Center at FCU, which makes FCU the only university in Taiwan authorized to conduct Apple-certified training courses. In the future, all instructors in the Apple App teacher development program will be trained at FCU. FCU prides itself on the quality of its published research papers especially in the fields of engineering, materials science and computer science. The university is one of the world leaders on bio-hydrogen fuel research.

The university also has close ties to industry and commerce offering professional internship opportunities through its graduate scheme as well as fostering industry partnerships and running its own incubator to help students turn their ideas into viable businesses. They have established academic exchange cooperation relationships with more than 275 universities in 33 countries and the business school is AACSB accredited since 2014. 

 

Alba and FCU students will both have the opportunity for exchange programs and summer schools.
