ALBA alumni & founders of Owiwi at EFMD Career Services Conference

ALBA was well represented at this year’s EFMD Career Services Conference: High Tech & High Touch: Career Management in the Digital Age, held in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Athina Polina Dova and Ilias Vartholomaios, MSc in International Business & Management 2013 alumni and founders of Owiwi, were invited to share their expertise on gamification and present to the career services professionals attending the conference. Accompanied by Career & Alumni Director, Maria Moragianis, member of the EFMD steering committee, Ilias and Athina hosted an interactive session exploring the dynamics of gamification and demonstrating how to build better systems that can provide the desired outcome more effectively.

After the completion of the conference Athina and Ilias stated "Our participation in this years EFMD Conference was a remarkable and memorable experience that broadened our horizons and provided us with much needed insights that can help enhance career services from Universities, in order to help bridge the gap for graduates entering the job market by empowering them to take their careers into their own hands!"
