 “ Youth Employability in Greece”

Event, to take place on Friday, November 22nd , 9:30 at The Hub Events (5 Alkminis str.. K.Petralona), will include presentation of the survey on youth employability, presentations of relevant European experiences and debates. 

More specifically, during the event , participants will have the chance to hear for the first time the outcome of the important & innovative initiative Mobilize Youth Employability in Greece. This research project is an initiative of Citi Greece , funded by Citi Foundation and implemented by the Department of Applied Research of ALBA Graduate Business School at The American College of Greece. 

In addition, the latest research data on the characteristics and factors shaping youth employability in Greece today, will be presented. The event will be enriched with results by similar European surveys and  debates while it will also serve as a forum for exchange of ideas from all stakeholders- not only for the present but most importantly, for the future developments of employment prospects of young people in our country.

Participation is free but requires pre-registration at [email protected] no later than 20/11.

Few more words about the project :

This initiative  Citi Greece and ALBA  aims to provide a deeper understanding of the problem of low youth employability in Greece today, especially for young graduates between the age of  22 to 29 . More specifically , it investigates the extent and causes of the problem , the impact on individuals and the national economy , and possible interventions on an individual, business and political level. The final research results and policy recommendations will be released publicly in the form of brief practice version.
