Also known as “The Startup Event of the Year”, Disrupt Greece celebrates talent, innovation, entrepreneurship and aims to strengthen the Greek startup ecosystem as well as to promote a growth model that may become the ideal one for Greece’s economy now and in the future.
This year’s Disrupt Greece is themed “The future of work” and will feature The American College of Greece as academic partner. This high-profile entrepreneurship competition will include workshops and presentations from market specialists who will provide advice and guidance to the groups participating in the grand final on September 25.
The Disrupt Greece 2018 Bootcamp will be open to ACG students on September 18, between 10:00-18:00, at the Upper Level Library. During the event, students will have an excellent opportunity to discover how an entrepreneurship competition operates, they will interact with both competitors and judges, be introduced to innovative ideas and individuals and will benefit from the overall experience of participating in a Bootcamp!
Part of this year’s judging committee that will choose the top 3 finalists on September 25, will be Alba Graduate Business School professor, Dr. Georgios Batsakis.
The participation of The American College of Greece in Disrupt Greece reflects on the College’s vision to help re-invigorate the Greek economy and become an agent of social change through education and knowledge.
