Presentation of the Center’s 2019-2020 applied research by Charalampos Mainemelis, Director of the SEV Center of Excellence in Creative Leadership, Professor of Organizational Behavior, Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece.
Creative leadership plays a pivotal role in the creation and evolution of adaptive organizations. The purpose of the Center’s 2019-2020 applied research cycle was to identify the best practices of creative leadership in Greek organizations. The qualitative research was conducted between November 2019 and April 2020 in a sample of 20 companies. Drawing on the research findings, the presentation will focus on the conditions that foster the emergence of creative leadership in Greek companies, and on the specific skills, competencies, and processes related to three distinct manifestations of creative leadership: Facilitative, Directive, and Integrative.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Professor Kostas Axarloglou, Dean, Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece, Mr. Alexandros Chatzopoulos, Director General, SEV - Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, and the Center’s Director, Professor Charalampos Mainemelis.
The event is addressed to c-suite & upper level executives and will be conducted in Greek.
