Virtual Space, Real Talents | Alba’s 2021 soon-to-be graduates impress local recruiters in the virtual space! 

We are excited to share with you that this year we are hosting a Careers Expo for the month of October where you will have the opportunity to meet this year’s Alba talent either live on campus or virtually, along with top talent from leading schools around the world!

More specifically, our Careers Expo will be held in three parts where you may choose which of the three -or all if you’d like- to attend:

GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES: EFMD Global Virtual International Fair: October 11-15. As a valued corporate partner of Alba, you have the chance to meet talent from high ranking Universities and Business Schools worldwide in a virtual setting. Click on the link to find out more.

STORYTELLERS’ PROJECT: Alba Career Fair live on campus: October 18-22. This is your chance to meet with Alba’s 2021 graduating class in a live setting on our campus.

This year’s Career Fair is significantly different than what you have thus far experienced, as it is designed as an opportunity for recruiters and students to share their stories! Each participating company is hosted in a dedicated Alba classroom and uses this space to share its ‘story’ with our participating students, while at the same time our students will have the opportunity to visit each company and briefly present themselves with their elevator pitch. Several initiatives, including an elevator pitch contest and an executive masterclass in Narrative Intelligence powered by Alba Executive Development, designed exclusively for all participating recruiters, aspire to assist all attendees to make the most out of this Business Unusual Career Fair!

Let us know if you will attend as there are limited spaces due to Covid. We are hosting only 10 companies per day and each company may attend only once.

VIRTUAL SPACE, REAL TALENTS: Alba Virtual Career Day: October 25. This is your chance to meet Alba’s 2021 graduating class virtually and host interviews with them. This models last year’s virtual fair through our Highered career platform.
