Alba at HR in Action

HR in Action, returns for the 8th year, on Tuesday 2 July, with Alba as its academic partner. 

The conference will host  35+ companies coming from the whole spectrum of the Greek market, while the day will be full with presentations from top companies, award winning initiatives, innovative practices, strategies and ideas with one common denominator: people!

Having in mind that the conference provides to HR professionals  the opportunity to form a comprehensive and realistic picture of the developments in their field, Mr. Aristotelis Alexopoulos, Director of Alba's Applied Research & Innovation , will share insights from the 2019 RCI survey and its special theme on intra-corporate trust between management and employees. 

The Barometer of Labour Market in Greece: Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI) has been recently recognized by AACSB International(AACSB)—the world’s largest business education network—among 21 business school collaborations as highlights of its 2019 Innovations That Inspire challenge. Regarding its innovation impact, it is estimated that the RCI has collected more than 2,000 unique answers during the 11 years of its existence in Greece, involving HR executives from all business sectors, private and public.  The results are constantly used by national institutions (ministries and general secretariats, research centers, consultants) and international bodies (delegations of international institutions to Greece) for the production of national reports related to the condition of the Greek labor market.
