The seminar equips middle-level managers with the financial insight required to make sound operational and strategic decisions. The course focuses on understanding financial information, assessing performance, and evaluating business initiatives from a financial perspective. Emphasis is placed on interpretation, managerial judgment, and cross-functional communication rather than accounting or financial theory.
After completing the seminar, participants will be able to translate operational decisions into financial impact, engage confidently with finance teams, and support data-driven, financially sound management decisions.
