Overview and Scope

The primary goal of this program is to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical communication tools that can be applied immediately to enhance and optimize their professional skills.

Through interactive activities, participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, theories, strategies, and best practices, enabling them to strengthen existing communication competencies and develop new ones.
