Aftermath of the EFMD Virtual Career Fair Series

Alba, as a member of the exclusive EFMD global business school network, recently participated in the international EFMD Virtual Career Fair Series by Highered, to showcase its top talent to the international community.

The event entailed a sophisticated job fair virtual environment enabling real-time interaction between recruiters and candidates, focusing on specific geographical regions (EMEA and APAC regions) and major sectors.

More than 100 of the leading business schools and universities across the world took part; while Alba was the only school from Greece to participate.

Approximately 150 international companies with 200 stands and over 800 recruiters from various countries including Greece, set up their booths to meet with talent from all over the globe.

The Greek companies, invited by Alba to participate, included: Eurobank, Athenian Brewery, Titan Cement Group, Barilla, Mars Hellas, Accenture Greece, Mellon Group of Companies, Reborrn, Persado, Systems Sunlight SA, KPMG Greece, Vodafone Greece, Coca-Cola 3E, Qualco and Ecolab.

During the Season Finale week, our Career & Alumni Director, Maria Moragianis hosted a virtual seminar on Online Executive Presence: How to Speak to the Camera where participants from all over the world learned how to appear and sound more confident in the virtual setting.
