2025 ACG Graduate Career Forum: Empowering Career Success

Friday, 07/02/2025

The 2025 ACG Graduate Career Forum took place in person from January 28–29 and January 31 online, marking the second iteration of ACG Graduate Careers+. This hybrid format event provided graduates with the flexibility to participate in both in-person and virtual interviews, making it accessible regardless of location or schedule.

One key feature of the forum was the “interview scheduling” formula, which enabled graduates to select and book interviews with employers of their choice both on-site and online. This self-scheduling tool gave participants the freedom to optimize their interviews according to their individual needs, ensuring they could balance their professional commitments while maximizing their opportunities to connect with potential employers.

For participating companies, the forum served as an invaluable platform for meeting high-caliber talent, both for immediate hires and future recruitment opportunities. Companies had the opportunity to enhance brand visibility, engage with graduates from diverse disciplines, and network with other industry leaders.

For graduates, the forum provided access to about 160 recruiters from 84 prominent Greek and multinational companies (full list below), offering graduates the opportunity to explore career paths, gain insights into industry trends, and establish connections with leading organizations.

Career Forum Highlights:

  • 84 participating companies
  • 159 recruiters
  • 83 graduate participants:
    • 44 from Alba
    • 39 from Deree
  • 640+ interviews conducted

With the goal of expanding and enriching ACG’s longstanding commitment to connecting outstanding students with employers seeking top-notch talent, companies were invited to contribute to ACG’s expanding academic scholarship program, gaining additional recognition during the Career Forum. Thank you to Goldenport (Platinum Partner), Athenian Brewery (Golden Partner), ELPEN (Golden Partner), Seanergy Maritime (Golden Partner), iKNOHOW SA (Bronze Partner), and Travelive (Bronze Partner), who have significantly supported the ACG Scholarship Fund for Graduate Studies, expanding access to higher education for students with exceptional academic achievement.

By bringing together leading
employers and top-tier graduates, the ACG Graduate Career Forum continues to serve as a premier career development initiative, further reinforcing ACG’s role as a bridge between academia and industry.
