The ACG Office of Advancement - Alumni and the Alba Graduate Business School invite you to "The DNA of Leadership"
Join us for an engaging and transformative workshop, "The DNA of Leadership," exclusively designed for senior level alumni of Alba Graduate Business School. This 90-minute session will introduce participants to the Leadership Circle model, a cutting-edge framework that distinguishes between reactive and creative leadership styles. Through interactive activities, real-world case studies, and practical applications, attendees will gain valuable insights into their own leadership traits and learn actionable strategies for enhancing their leadership effectiveness. This workshop is particularly timely, given the growing importance of leadership in the evolving business landscape of Greece.
In addition to exploring the theoretical aspects of the Leadership Circle model, the workshop will provide a contextualized approach, relating the concepts directly to the challenges and opportunities faced by Greek businesses. Participants will engage in self-assessment exercises to identify their leadership styles and partake in discussions on transitioning from reactive to creative leadership.
Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your leadership skills, connect with fellow alumni, and make a significant impact in your professional journey.
The workshop will be conducted in Greek and it will be followed by a networking cocktail reception.
