This exclusive event will discuss theory and practice of how to set up an entrepreneurial team beyond the founder or the co-founders. It will draw on experiences and knowledge of our key note speaker, Professor Max Oliva from IE Business School. Three Greek entrepreneurs will also share their experience with growing their teams, both locally and internationally. We will have the opportunity to discuss do’s and don’ts, and hear all about recruiting, managing and developing employees of different backgrounds in a startup environment.
