Alba Graduate Business School seeks an ambitious scholar with a strong research trajectory in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related area of Management.
Relevant research areas include operations and supply chain management, logistics and transportation, operations analytics, supply chain resilience and risk, sustainable operations, service operations, and digital and AI-enabled operations. Given Alba's strong engagement with the Greek business community, research related to shipping, maritime business, and logistics is particularly welcome, although not required.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop an internationally visible research program, publish in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, pursue competitive external research funding, and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Teaching will be across Alba's MBA, MSc, and Executive Education programs. Depending on expertise and School needs, teaching may include areas such as operations management, production and service operations, supply chain management, logistics, operations analytics, and related quantitative and management subjects. Candidates are not expected to cover all these areas, but the ability to teach graduate-level Operations Management and/or Supply Chain Management is important.
