ACG Career Days 2026 took place on February 9–11 on campus and February 13 online, marking the 50th anniversary of this longstanding career engagement initiative. This year's edition was a milestone in another sense as well: it was the first joint Career Days bringing together students and alumni from both Alba Graduate Business School and Deree – The American College of Greece, underscoring the growing strength of the wider ACG community.
The hybrid format provided flexibility and accessibility, enabling meaningful connections between candidates and employers regardless of location or schedule.
Alba students and alumni joined a rich program of career engagement opportunities — from spontaneous in-person conversations with recruiters and prescheduled onsite interviews, to online meetings with employer representatives and a LinkedIn photoshoot activation to sharpen their professional profiles.
This year's event welcomed recruiters from 147 organizations across 21 key industry sectors, including business, finance, technology, engineering, and healthcare — areas closely aligned with the expertise Alba graduates bring to the market. Several new companies joined the ACG employer network this year, reflecting the continued expansion of institutional partnerships with industry.
Overall, 456 participants took part in Career Days 2026, including current students and alumni from both schools. For Alba students, the event represented a direct gateway to internship and career opportunities with some of Greece's and the region's most prominent employers — a tangible expression of what an Alba education opens up.
