In the world of data, technology and finance, graduates today possess something valuable: foundational skills in Python, SQL, and Statistics. Yet this alone is not always enough to enter the job market with confidence. Professionals need to be able to apply knowledge in real-world conditions, collaborate within real teams, and operate in demanding environments.
This is exactly the connection created by doValue Greece through the Level Up Talent Bootcamp, in collaboration with Alba Executive Development. The program is part of the Education Pillar of the doResponsible Financial Center — doValue’s initiative that transforms education into social impact, equal opportunity and meaningful career prospects. As such, this is not merely a training program; it is a strategic investment in the next generation of professionals.
The Level Up Bootcamp is designed as a bridge between academic knowledge and high-impact professional skills. It has a duration of 96 hours and a curriculum that connects academic knowledge with real-world applications, immerses participants in a real FinTech professional environment and blends courses in Statistics, Financial Management, Data Management and Data Science as well as seminars in transferrable competencies and skills, delivered by Alba faculty, with mentoring by doValue executives.
The Program is orchestrated within an interactive and experiential learning context that provides access to real business cases, team projects, and presentations.
Upon completion, participants gain domain expertise and applied experience while they also fuel the potential for a career in a rapidly growing industry.
Open to young University Graduates with 0-3 years of experience and with academic backgrounds in Data Analysis, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics and other related fields.
