We are delighted to announce that our MSc in Finance and MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management have been reaccredited by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), one of the most respected international quality-assurance bodies in management education.
This distinction places both programs among a highly selective group worldwide. As of May 2026, fewer than ten Finance-related and only three HR-related master’s programs globally hold EFMD Program Accreditation — with Alba’s programs among them.
Both programs also remain the only EFMD-accredited programs in Greece, a distinction that reflects Alba’s sustained commitment to academic excellence, international relevance, continuous improvement.
EFMD Program Accreditation is awarded following a rigorous peer-reviewed assessment of a program’s design, delivery, and outcomes, with particular weight given to internationalization, ethics and responsibility, and the strength of a program’s connections to the business world.
This achievement belongs to Alba’s faculty, students, alumni, professional partners, administrative teams, and the wider Alba community. It is a powerful confirmation of what we work toward every day: educating finance and HR leaders who combine analytical rigor, strategic thinking, ethical responsibility, and genuine real-world impact.
