What do leaders need to learn, and what do they need to unlearn?
Learning agility is often understood as the speed at which we acquire new skills. But in an era of accelerating AI disruption and overlapping crises, the challenge goes beyond learning faster.
This session explores the deeper dimensions of learning agility: developing a meaningful working fluency with AI, becoming more deliberate about how we think and make decisions, and recognizing when human judgment remains essential.
At the same time, leaders may need to unlearn approaches shaped by conditions that no longer hold — from traditional leadership models to single-discipline ways of thinking that can make today's broader challenges harder to recognize.
The conversation ultimately asks a fundamental leadership question:
As our ability to learn and adapt increases, what should we be adapting towards — and why?
The session will explore the role of purpose, meaning, values, and human judgment in helping leaders remain relevant and resilient in a rapidly changing world.

Future-Proofing Leadership: Unlocking the Power of Lifelong Learning
How can leaders and organizations continue to learn and adapt across generations

The discussion will examine how organizations can encourage mutual mentoring, knowledge exchange, adaptability, and collaboration between different generations in the workplace.
It will also explore how different experiences and perspectives can become a source of strength — helping individuals and organizations navigate change while continuing to learn from one another.

The Leader You Need Next
Learning. Unlearning. Becoming.
What made us successful yesterday may not be enough to lead tomorrow.
This interactive masterclass invites participants to challenge established assumptions about leadership and consider what they need to learn, unlearn, and become next.
From adapting across generations to moving beyond control and certainty, the session explores the personal evolution required to lead in an increasingly complex world.
Participants will be encouraged to look beyond the question of “What do I need to learn next?” and ask a more fundamental one:
“Who do I need to become next?”
